- Seller: Any party listing products for sale through Sahlan App.
- Buyer: Any party purchasing products through Sahlan App.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sahlan App, you confirm that you:
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to e-commerce and cybercrime regulations.
3. Account Registration
To buy or sell on Sahlan App, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Products and Pricing
Sahlan App reserves the right to modify prices and product information at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or refuse an order.
5. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout and must be processed through licensed payment gateways compliant with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) rules.
- All payments must be authorized by the cardholder or account holder.
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect payment information.
6. Delivery
Delivery times depend on product availability and destination. Risk and title in the goods typically pass to the buyer upon delivery. Buyers should inspect goods upon receipt and report any visible damage or shortages immediately.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are processed in accordance with Saudi e-commerce regulations. Unless otherwise stated by the Seller, products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the timeframe specified on the product page.
- Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the Buyer unless the return is due to Seller error or defective goods.
8. Prohibited Uses
Users must not use the Platform to:
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.
- Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of Sahlan App or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to users other than a limited license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sahlan App acts as an intermediary between Buyers and Sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahlan App shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform or any products purchased through it.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sahlan App and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
12. Termination
Sahlan App reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may close your account by contacting customer support.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless the parties agree to arbitration.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
